My studio apartment was a lot higher spec compared to my previous accommodation in leicester and any maintenance issues were resolved quickly after being reported. It was very helpful to have electricity and wifi included in rent as my other accommodation did not have this. It was also brilliant to be so near to uni and town as this reduced taxi bills which some people that were on my course spent a lot on.
